50-40-30-20-10

Wall Balls  20#/14#

Sit-ups

10 Two Person DL between each set 1/2 Team BW (i.e. between round of 50 & 40)

(That’s right folks, two people on the bar at the same time doing a team lift!)

Finish with a 400m Run

 

Record Times, WB #, and DL #….and if your legs get banged up with DL’s remember those socks!
