WOD 09/04/14

Our new Strength Cycle started Tuesday.  Now through the end of the year we are on a 4 month strength cycle with heavy days on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.

Strength: (starting out lighter for week 1) Back Squat

8 rep warm-up then 3-3-3-3-3 @ 50% 1RMth

 

Strength & Skill: Bear Complex with a Partner

You and your partner will alternate and judge each others movements.

Bear Complex Requirements: DL, HCLN, FRSQ, PJ, BASQ, PJ

1 complete cycle then switch partners…weights will go up every 3 cycles.

Note: No Push-Pres today, everyone must work on Push-Jerk for overhead movements.
