Happy Monday….Partner WOD!!!

Metcon 1: 4 Rds For Time (must complete all reps as a team in each movement before moving on to the next IMG_1684movement, only one partner working at a time)

200m Run (together)

40 Kettle Bell Swings 53#/35# (relay style)

40 Push-ups (relay style)

Metcon 2: Complete All Reps For Time

Teams of 2 must complete all reps as a team relay style.  Reps AND Movements may be split up any way the partners want but both partners must be “working” on the same movement and only one partner may work at a time.

150 Wall Balls  20#/14#

250 Sit-ups

Finish with 50 DU’s (100 singles) each.
