Metcon: 5 Rds For REPSIMG_4679

3 Minutes to complete

80 DU’s then as many burpees as possible

1 minute rest….repeat 4 more times!

Keep track of total reps.  Assuming you get through your 80 DU’s each round simply keep track of your total burpees and add them to 400 at the end to get your total reps.
