TGIF People!! I’ve been waiting to do a WOD from the Regionals and this one finally fits with the programing of the week. Its a modified version but the premise is the same. Its a 50s chipper (one of these days we’ll tackle a 100s chipper)!
All classes take 10 minutes to stretch & do equipment set-up. We will have a 40 minute time cap.

50 One Arm Dumbbell Snatch 45#/25# (NO dropping weights & MUST alternate arms on EVERY rep)
50 Med Ball Sit-ups 20#/14#
50 Wall Balls 20#/14#
