0800 – 0830 Setup
0830 – 0900 Arrival
0900 – 0915 Safety Briefing
0915 – 0930 Warm-up – Dynamic Movements – Rogers
0930 – 1130 PAST test
1130 – 1430 TRAINING SESSIONS – Teams rotate every 30 min/ Total of 4 teams
– Underwater Training 45 min – Green
– Fin Training 45 min – Chubb
– Buddy Breathing Training 45 min – Stocker
– Mask Snorkel Recovery/Beehive 45 min –
1430 – 1500 Break
1500 – 1630 Team Event
1.5 Mile Run
5 x 25m Underwaters/2 min intervals
500m Freestyle
500m Fin Combat
12m Mask/Snorkel Recovery
WOD – 3 Rounds
50 Catipillar Push Ups
100m run
50 sit-ups
100m run
10 pull-ups (each member)
100m run
10 burpee box jumps
100m run
Sled pull/Dummy Carry (Alternate after 50m)
100m run
25m Partner pull (alternate after 25m)
1630 – 1700 Underwater Hockey – Stocker
During event point will be added up for team event to determine
winner.
