Monday-Funday Partner WOD.

Complete all reps as a pair, Reps & Movements may be divided as partners choose.  i.e. if you only want to tack 20 Pull-ups at a time and then move to another movement you may do so…what’s your plan of attack???

Metcon For Time: (begin & end with 800m run)  45 Min time Cap. Record Time or total Reps, runs count as 100 reps.

200 Push-up

300 Air Squats

200 Sit-ups

100 Kettle Bell Swings  53#/35#

800m Run Together
