For Time:

-400m Run-

50 Pull ups
40 Box Jumps (24/20)
30 Front Squats (135/95)
20 HSPU

-400m Run-

20 HSPU
30 Front Squats (135/95)
40 Box Jumps (24/20)
50 Pull ups

…repeat all movements for the 2nd round.

Partners may split reps as they choose but each movement must be complete before moving on to the next movement, runs must be done together, “no partner gets left behind”.  45 minute time cap
