100 Double Unders (10 or less at a time)
100 Pull-ups (5 or less at a time)
100 Push-ups (5 or less at a time)
100 Sit-ups (5 or less at a time)
100 Squat Cleans 95#/55# (5 or less at a time)
-This one is all about team communication and quick transitions, may the best team win!-
