The first workout of the 2015 Games has been announced…”Murph”…!
So to kick off the Games season we will be doing a Partner “Murph” today.
Complete For Time
-100 Pull-ups (as a team)
-200 Push-ups (as a team)
-300 Air Squats (as a team)
-Run 1 mile (must be done together)
We’ve done this one before so look back at your old times and plan out your splits to improve your overall time. If anyone wants to tackle “Murph” solo you are more than welcome.
