5 Sets of 20 Reps (also do a warm-up set before the 5 rounds)

Between Each Set do 10 OHSq with an empty bar. (or elite 95#/65#)

Metcon: 15 Minute AMRAP

15 Dead-lifts  135#/95#

15 Burpees Over The Bar

15 Abmat Sit-ups
