Complete All Reps For Time:

60-50-40-30-20-10

Abmat Sit-ups w 25#/10# plate

Push-up w 25#/10# plate

Box Jumps  24″/20″

Note: at the end of each round do 16 Squat Cleans  155#/95# (so you will finish with one last set of squat cleans after the round of 10s)

Partners may split reps any way they choose but each movement must be complete before moving to the next movement in a given round.
