Metcon: For Time  18-12-6

Thrusters  95#/65#

Abmat Sit-ups w plate 45#/25#

-Rest a minimum of 5 minutes then start next Metcon as a class-

Metcon: For Time  15-10-5

Clean & Jerk  115#/75#

Push-up with plate on your back 45#/25#

-Rest a minimum of 5 minutes then start next Metcon as a class-

Metcon: For Time  12-8-4

Squat Clean  135#/85#

Handstand Push-ups

Yes there is a theme or common thread this week, lots of shorter metcons in succession.  Work on speeding through these as fast as possible then recovering you heart rate and breathing as quickly as possible as you prepare for the next metcon.
